Apr\u00e8s avoir transform\u00e9 toutes nos id\u00e9es en solutions prototypes, nous les avons test\u00e9es en laboratoire et avec nos athl\u00e8tes. Les m\u00e9caniciens de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe nous ont fait beaucoup de commentaires sur la ventilation et nous avons d\u00fb faire attention \u00e0 chaque d\u00e9tail pour trouver la meilleure solution. J&#8217;ai eu l&#8217;impression de tamiser de petites p\u00e9pites d&#8217;or dans une rivi\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong>Qu&#8217;a appris l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9veloppement de TRP au cours de ce processus ?<br><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">Nous avons travaill\u00e9 avec un plus grand nombre de prototypes qu&#8217;auparavant, tout en impliquant beaucoup plus de testeurs diff\u00e9rents. Outre les pilotes de nos quatre \u00e9quipes et leurs m\u00e9caniciens, il s&#8217;agissait d&#8217;un groupe de concessionnaires et d&#8217;utilisateurs finaux. Il \u00e9tait important pour nous que tous les testeurs aient une exp\u00e9rience diff\u00e9rente de tous les produits disponibles sur le march\u00e9. Ce m\u00e9lange h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne de testeurs internationaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 un facteur cl\u00e9.<br><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong>Qu&#8217;est-ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus utile \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9quipe TRP pour atteindre le nouveau niveau de produit ?<br><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">Le changement du processus de d\u00e9veloppement, qui est pass\u00e9 de l&#8217;orientation produit \u00e0 l&#8217;orientation client, et le m\u00e9lange des \u00e9quipes. Avant de commencer, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9e \u00e0 cette approche agile, un d\u00e9fi pour nos ing\u00e9nieurs, surtout au d\u00e9but. Nous avons pass\u00e9 beaucoup de temps avec chaque pilote et leurs m\u00e9caniciens, en observant et en \u00e9coutant constamment. Cela s&#8217;est toujours fait en \u00e9quipe, avec un technicien TRP et un responsable marketing ou commercial. Cette autre fa\u00e7on d&#8217;aborder les probl\u00e8mes nous a permis de suivre une courbe d&#8217;apprentissage rapide.
